Who Do We Sponsor?

ABWF strives to center the historically marginalized, supporting the work of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and LGBTQIA+ leaders who implement anti-racist organizing principles to dismantle and realign systems of power.

Our fiscally-sponsored projects, or FSP’s, cover many of Connecticut’s major cities and regions: Hartford, Waterbury, New Haven, Bridgeport, and New London. While FSP’s may be headquartered in these cities, most drive impact both locally and statewide systemic change.

Together, they confront police violence & accountability, gender and sexuality rights, educational justice, migrant rights, and economic justice.
